Returns Policies

1. General Return Policy
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unassembled (if applicable)

In original packaging

In the same condition in which they were received
Certain items may be subject to restocking fees, depending on the manufacturer or condition of the returned item.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, or custom-order reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

Custom-made or special-order products

Clearance or final-sale items

Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or neglect

Items not in original packaging
If an item is non-returnable, this will be noted on the product page whenever possible.
3. Damage, Defects, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.
We may request photos or videos to document the damage for claims with shippers or manufacturers.

4. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to an OuterLux error (such as incorrect or defective product), the customer is responsible for:

Proper packaging to ensure the item arrives safely
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable returns.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or denial of the refund.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If a restocking fee applies, it will be deducted from your refund.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest method is:

Return the original item, and

Place a new order for the item you want.
Exchanges are subject to availability.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement at no charge.
If an order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Custom or special-order items cannot be canceled once production has begun.
